Deputy Human Resources Coordinator
Project: Balkan Mission Greece, Serbia and Bosnia
Location: Athens
Starting Date: Immediately
Duration: 6 months contract (high possibility of indefinite extension)
Qualifications
Essential bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or in Business Administration, or any other related field. Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management will be considered an asset.
Essential two (2) years minimum working experience as HR Manager or Administration Manager or any other HR Management position. Desirable two (2) years minimum experience in MSF or other NGO’s
Essential fluency in spoken and written Greek and English
Essential Computer literacy. Very good knowledge of MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Strategic vision, Leadership, People Management and Development, Planning and Organizing, Teamwork and Cooperation
